This holiday season Ottawa Foodie Girlz wants to help support the  Shepherds of Good Hope. 100% of the proceeds will be donated directly to Shepherds of Good Hope so that they can continue to run their services that are much needed in Ottawa.

About Ottawa Foodie Girlz

Ottawa Foodie Girlz was formed in August 2014. Currently, there are seven Ottawa Foodie Girlz led by founder, Judy Hum-Delaney. The vision for the Foodie Girlz is to not only enjoy great local food, but also to host food-related events benefiting local charities and people in need. About Shepherds of Good Hope

Shepherds of Good Hope houses, feeds and supports those most in need in our community. These men and women seek housing or support services due to mental health problems, addiction, job loss or trauma. Last year, we served 1,600 clients on a daily basis, provided 500 beds nightly across eight facilities, and served over 350,000 meals. Winning Bidder Payment Information

Winning bidders will be contacted at the end of the auction to make arrangements for payment and pickup/delivery of their items. All payments must be received within 5 days of auction closing. Failure to receive payment will result in bid being disqualified and the next highest bidder will be contacted. 

Payment Types Accepted:

  • Cash (In person only please)
  • Credit cards via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required.

Winning Bidder Item Pickup/Delivery:

Winning Bidders can pick their items from the administrator at the end of the auction or they will be mailed to address provided when payment is received. Ottawa-Gatineau area only. If you are outside of this area, an additional charge for shipping maybe required and will be determine by the adminstrator.

Note: Shipping may require an additional fee. Contact the Auction's Administrator for details prior to bidding or making payment

 

General Auction Information

  • The time on this server will be used to determine the start and end times of the auction. This time may be off from your local time. Refer to the approximate time in the right hand side of this page.
  • When the auction closes, all bidders will receive an e-mail regarding the status of the items they have bid on.
  • The highest bid placed on an item, by auction close, is the winner. There can only be one winner per auction item. The auction administrator (group hosting the auction) agrees to sell the item to the highest bidder.
  • You must register an account in order to place bids. Click Register on the upper right hand side of this page in the login area. Once you have registered, a confirmation/activation will be emailed to you. You must click on the link in the email message to complete the registration process. If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your "junk mail" or "spam" folder as it may have gone there. You can also re-request the confirmation email. The link for resending the activation code can be found in the login area.

Persons placing fraudulent bids may be prosecuted in a court of law.
